Algerian Lamb Sausage Merguez

The other day I went to a local restaurant here in N'djamena, and I ordered the Merquez dish without having a clue how is it going to look or taste like.  I was really impressed, it was really delicious.  I felt like I was in Europe again!

Regarding cooking, everyday is a nightmare for me because I don't know what to prepare, but watching the show "Chew" inspires me a little.

Anyway, yesterday I searched for the Merguez recipe, and found it on the website:

I followed the recipe but I added some other things to it.

Algerian Lamb Sausage Merguez:
lbs minced lamb 

Make sure you have your minced lamb into a large pot, add the minced garlic and the rest of the condiments, don't forget the eggs and if you want add the red wine, mix it with your cleaned hand and let the mixture sit overnight( that's what I did) so it gets that nice, delicious flavor!!!
