Gym Time

 
I started listening to podcasts on my phone while working out at the gym.  The workout goes much faster with a good podcast on.  I listen to- Dishing Up Nutrition, Bill Burr, Vinnie Tortorich and others.  Listening to Bill Burr helps me burn some extra calories just from laughing, so don't lift heavy when you listen to him, you might get injured. 
I think it's important to be active during pregnancy and in life in general.  I love the feeling after a good workout and I encourage everyone out there to exercise and be active as much as possible.

So that's me now paying more attention to the nutrition and exercising media so I can learn how to better eat and take care of my body, how to be a better me.
