My new superfood discovery is chia seeds. I have never had it before.
I love to add them to my yogurt/kefir in the evening so that when I wake up in the morning I have my breakfast ready to go. I add fresh berries and nuts and it's ready to go.
Yesterday I went for a long run with the stroller. Let me tell you, pushing the stroller while running is not easy. I ran nine beautiful miles which ended up with a walk into Wholefoods.
When I got back I made a delicious quinoa salad with chick peas, green peas, apple, watermelon and mixed greens-- really good!
